So…… I headed out to the high tunnel this morning to feed the big boys and fill the water barrels for the sheep,
cows and horses…..AND…. Wait! Look at this big face staring at me from around the gourds! Silly big man Lio, patiently waiting for his breakfast and big belly rubs. Just took me back a bit to see a very solemn face staring back at me from a not expected area! These boys are so very good, he was just waiting and watching patiently ….not a woof or a bark… just the sound of his tail slowly swishing back and forth…..
This week we are going to change it up a bit, I will not be at farmers market this Wednesday or Saturday, as I am trying to get away for a few days to my visit my family at their summer “digs” in N.H. I hope to leave early Wednesday morning and return by Friday afternoon .We will do deliveries for those of you that might like one Saturday morning , so orders received by Thursday will be greatly appreciated.
I did make it to Massachusetts to pick up peaches and nectarines , and they are gorgeous! Sweet aroma and full of flavor! Order up some today!
